Hot Seafood Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shrimp or crabmeat
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. cashew nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 onion, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. potato chips, crushed
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips.
Pile lightly in casserole or individual baking dishes.
Sprinkle with cheese and chips.
Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until mixture is heated and cheese is melted.
