Baked Pepper Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

shrimp (leave shells on)
butter
black pepper
lemon juice (use fresh lemons)
Preparation

For each pound of shrimp, use 1/4 pound butter and 3 to 4 teaspoons pepper and juice of one lemon.
Place shrimp one layer deep in glass baking dish.
Evenly cover with pats of butter, pepper and lemon juice.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve in baking dish, letting each person remove shrimp shells; messy but delicious!
