Diabetic Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (No. 2) cans crushed pineapple (in own juice)
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
1 tsp. corn oil margarine
Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a heavy pan and cook slowly until it thickens.
Pour into your pie shell and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
