Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sweet milk
    butter, size of egg
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    In
    large
    mixing
    bowl
    beat
    3 egg yolks.
    Add flour, sugar and
    enough cold milk to make a paste.
    Place remaining milk
    and butter in saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Remove from stove\tand pour
    over egg mixture.
    Add vanilla and pour into unbaked\tpie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 375\u00b0 until done.
