Fish Or Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. canned salmon, tuna, ground turkey or beef
    1 egg
    1 slice bread, crumbled
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. dehydrated onion
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    2 oz. nonfat liquid milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Place in individual baking dish.
    Sprinkle top of loaf with 1 tablespoon grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Counts as lunch protein, 1 bread and 2 ounces milk.
