Strawberry Ice Cream(Uncooked) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 cans Eagle Brand milk
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, mashed
2 qt. milk (approximately)

Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla and whipping cream in bowl.
Mix thoroughly with mixer.
Pour into ice cream freezer can.
Add Eagle Brand milk and fruit.
Stir well.
Add milk to fill line and stir well.
Freeze.
Makes 4 quarts.
