Chicken Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Pepperidge Farm stuffing (7 oz. pkg.)
    1 stick butter
    1 c. hot water
    2 1/2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
    1/2 c. celery, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top
Preparation
    Place stuffing mix in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour butter and hot water over dressing.
    Saute celery and onion in 1 tablespoon butter.
    Spread chicken or turkey, celery and onion over stuffing. Beat eggs and milk.
    Pour over everything.
    Spread mayonnaise over everything.
    Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight. Remove 1 hour before baking, removing Saran Wrap.
    Spread 1 can cream of chicken soup over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
