Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/3 c. sugar
    4 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. melted shortening
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; add egg, sugar, shortening and flour.
    Mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 to 4 hours.
    Drop by spoonful into greased muffin tins (fill to about half full). Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
