Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

2 (9-inch) unbaked pie crusts
2 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Early in the day, preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In large bowl, with a mixer, beat pumpkin with the next 10 ingredients until well mixed. Place pie plates on oven rack; pour pumpkin mixture into crusts and bake 15 minutes.
Turn oven to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes or until filling is set.
Cool.
