Jalapeno Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. jalapeno cornbread mix
    1 large egg, lightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Grease miniature muffin pan and place in a 400\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes.
    Place cornbread mix in a bowl; make a well in center. Combine eggs and remaining ingredients; add to cornbread mix, stirring until moistened.
    Spoon into muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 11 minutes.
