Golden Glow Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. sugar free orange gelatin
1 c. boiling water
8 oz. can crushed pineapple in it's own juice (reserve juice)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
cold water (see instructions for amount)
3/4 c. finely shredded carrots
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Add lemon juice and enough cold water to pineapple juice to make one cup.
Stir into gelatin, chill until slightly thickened.
Stir in pineapple and carrots.
Chill until firm. Serves 6.
