Sauteed Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    6 c. vegetables (sliced yellow squash, zucchini, red pepper strips)
    1 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
    Add vegetables. Cook and stir until tender.
    Add salad dressing mix; toss to coat well.
    Stir in vinegar until well mixed.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
