Tamale Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crumbled corn bread
    2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce (mild or hot)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers, shredded
Preparation
    Combine corn bread, salt and enough of the enchilada sauce to combine with the ground beef to bind all together well.
    Mix well; shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place in baking pan.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 18 to 20 minutes, or until done.
    Drain on paper towels.
