Pork Chops With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, trimmed and dusted with salt, pepper, garlic powder and flour
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/2 pt. sour cream (low-fat works, too)
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in 1 tablespoon oil.
    Place chops in roasting pan.
    Saute onion and mushrooms in same oil.
    Add sour cream. Pour mixture over chops.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    May be made ahead and reheated.
