Diabetic Blueberry Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine
6 Tbsp. lightly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation

Cream in bowl the margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Beat in egg.
In another bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices.
Stir into creamed mixture, alternating with the milk just until mixed.
Fold in berries.
Fill 12 muffin cups 1/2 full.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
