6 pork chops
butter or margarine (approximately 1 Tbsp.)
2/3 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. raisins
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt butter and cook pork chops until tender and lightly browned.
Remove chops to warm plate; keep warm.
