Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. finely grated carrots
2 c. raisins
3 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. margarine
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 1/4 c. flour
4 tsp. sifted baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Note:
If you wet carrots, then use 4 1/2 cups of flour.
