Meatball Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. instant onion flakes
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    garlic to taste
    1 bell pepper, diced
Preparation
    Combine meat, oatmeal, milk, onion flakes, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into meatballs.
    Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Combine catsup, vinegar, water and sugar.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
