Garden Medley Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (13 3/4 oz.) ready to serve chicken broth
    2 c. assorted vegetables (broccoli, squash, peas, carrots)
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    2 tsp. fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Stir together broth, vegetables, onion flakes, rosemary and garlic powder in saucepan and bring to boil.
    Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork and sprinkle with pepper.
    Serve with chicken.
    Makes 4 servings.
