Cold Sweet Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 bell peppers
10 carrots
12 onions
2 heads cabbage
1 bunch celery
1/2 c. salt
1 qt. vinegar
6 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Combine the first six ingredients and soak in ice water for 1 hour.
Drain.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Heat until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over the first mixture and seal.
