Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 1/2 c. peeled and sliced Granny Smith apples
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. sugar (mix white and brown together)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt if self-rising flour
2 prepared pie crusts
Preparation

Toss apples with lemon juice.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes, occasionally stirring. Pour into pie crust.
Dot top of pie with pieces of butter.
Place top crust over pie.
Cut vents in top crust.
Crimp edges together.
Bake 45 minutes on top rack at 425\u00b0.
