Pakistan Curry(Very Spicy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. meat (chicken, beef or pork)
    1 medium onion
    2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. coriander
    1 tsp. oil or butter
    salt to taste
    1 c. water or as needed
Preparation
    Saute onion in fat; add seasoning and a little water.
    Stir. Add meat and brown in the seasoned sauce; add more water and cook until tender.
    For a little thicker gravy, dust the meat with flour before browning.
    Serve with oven-boiled rice, a side dish of chepaties (tortillas), green beans or any vegetable of your choice.
