Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk, mixed with 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. chocolate bits
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine sugars, margarine and vegetable oil. Beat until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Add vanilla and soured milk; beat until smooth.
    Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda, allspice and cinnamon together and add gradually to mixture, beating until smooth.
    Fold in zucchini, chocolate bits and nuts.
    Beat until well incorporated.
