Easy Lemon Chicken Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cubed
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 (12 oz.) jars golden chicken gravy
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    3 c. mixed vegetables (fresh or frozen)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. pastry shells, baked
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil.
    Pour off fat.
    Add gravy, lemon juice, crushed thyme and vegetables to skillet. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.
    Spoon into pastry shells and serve.
