Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. strawberry gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 c. cooked cold rice
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sweetened whipped cream
    1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cold water.
    Chill until starts to congeal.
    Fold in rice, milk, whipped cream, pineapple and nuts.
    Chill until firm.
