No Knead Bread Sticks Or Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 1/3 c. warm water (105~ to 110~)
3 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
about 3 c. flour
1 egg white, slightly beaten
coarse salt
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.
Stir in oil, honey, salt and 1 cup flour.
Beat until smooth, stir in enough remaining flour, scraping dough from side of bowl.
Cover and let rise in warm place until double, 45 minutes.
Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Stir down by beating about 25 strokes.
Turn dough onto floured surface, divide into 24 equal parts.
Roll and shape each part into rope about 9 inches long.
Place onto greased cookie sheet.
Brush with egg white and salt.
Bake about 15 minutes.
