Mozzarella Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch chopped green onions
3 oz. soft cream cheese
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella (2 c.)
1 loaf French bread
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except bread.
Slice loaf of bread diagonally every 2-inches, but do not cut all the way through.
Spread mixture in between slices. Wrap bread with foil and heat in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
Or you can double wrap in foil and put bread on grill at a cook out.
