Banana Bread (No Sugar) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. fructose sweetener
2 eggs
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. whole wheat flour
3 large bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch bread pan.
Cream butter and sweetener until light and fluffy.
Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift all purpose flour, baking soda and salt together; stir in whole wheat flour and add it to cream mixture.
Mix well.
Fold in bananas, vanilla and nuts.
Pour in pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes.
