Super Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick) pork chops
    2 Tbsp. hot fat
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, diced
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides in hot fat.
    Mix soup, seasoning and diced onion together.
    Pour mixture over chops. Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 4 servings.
