Rocky Road Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
dash of salt
2 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Butter a 9-inch square pan.
Cover with chopped nuts.
Butter the sides of a 2-quart saucepan.
Add sugar, milk and salt.
Stir and bring to boiling about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Spread the chocolate mixture over the nuts.
Add marshmallows.
Press into the chocolate.
Add remaining chocolate mixture.
Cool and cut into pieces.
