Orzo Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 oz. pineapple chunks
2 cans mandarin oranges
16 oz. orzo (tiny pasta)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Drain pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges.
Retain syrup. Cook pasta.
Drain and cool, then combine with fruit.
Combine in saucepan, sugar, eggs, salt and fruit syrup.
Cook until thickened.
Cool and add to pasta.
Refrigerate overnight.
Add Cool Whip and serve.
