Velvety Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. margarine (melted)
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine.
    Press into bottom of a 9-inch spring form pan.
    Bake 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla in a mixer; beat until smooth.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Add sour cream.
    Pour into a cooled crust.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Cool before removing sides of pan.
    Chill before serving.
