Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles; rinse and drain.
    Heat oil in pan and brown beef.
    Stir in the next 6 ingredients.
    Cover; simmer for 15 minutes.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 1/3 noodles, then 1/3 sauce and cheese, another 1/3 noodles, 1/3 sauce and cheese and, last, 1/3 noodles, sauce and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
