Petite Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg yolk, beaten
3 Tbsp. soft whole wheat bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. sliced green onion
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. snipped parsley
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of ground sage
4 oz. ground fresh turkey
1 Tbsp. cranberry orange relish
Preparation

Combine egg yolk, bread crumbs, green onion, water, parsley, salt, sage and ground turkey in bowl; mix well.
Shape into 1 x 4 1/2-inch loaf.
Place in small shallow baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes; drain and spoon relish on top.
Bake for 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Serve with baked sweet potato and fresh garden salad.
Yields 1 serving.
