Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    melted butter
Preparation
    Cut margarine into flour.
    Add buttermilk, stirring well. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly 3 to 4 times.
    Roll to 3/4-inch thickness.
    Cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 13 to 15 minutes.
    Brush with melted butter.
