Chile Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. flour
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. margarine
1 can Ortega chopped green chiles
salt to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a casserole.
One with center hole is preferable.
Microwave for 10 minutes, turning dish every 3 minutes and stirring from sides after 5 minutes. Serves 6.
