Spaghettini With Seafood And Sundried Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. spaghettini pasta
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/3 lb. uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/3 lb. sea scallops
    1/2 c. bottled clam juice
    1/3 c. diced, oil packed sundried tomatoes
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    zest of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Cook pasta until al dente.
    Drain and rinse.
    Toss with olive oil.
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add garlic and saute 3 minutes.
    Turn heat to medium-high, add shrimp and scallops; saute 3 minutes.
    Add clam juice and pasta to skillet.
    Increase heat to high.
    Cook until pasta absorbs liquid and is hot.
    Add tomatoes, parsley and lemon; toss gently.
    Season and salt.
