Lemon Ice Cream Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) instant lemon pudding mix
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 c. whipped cream (I use Cool Whip)
    1 pkg. Keebler honey graham crackers
Preparation
    Line pan with graham crackers.
    Mix pudding mix on low until thickened.
    Chill about 5 minutes.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Spread mix over graham crackers.
    Top with graham crackers.
    Freeze until firm.
    Wrap in individual sandwiches.
    Keep frozen.
