Egg-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
9-inch pie shell (premade or \"from scratch\")
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 eggs, slightly beaten
dash of red pepper or 1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cook sausage until done.
Crumble and drain.
Mix cheese and sausage.
Place in pie shell.
Beat eggs and combine remaining ingredients.
Add to egg mixture.
Pour in shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool on rack for 10 minutes.
