Delmonico Potatoes(10 To 15 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese (sharp)
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 c. milk
    dash of nutmeg
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on.
    After the potatoes have boiled 15 minutes, cool slightly, then peel and grate.
    Place into 3-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
