Sweet Potato Pudding(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. skim milk
    3 c. sweet potatoes, peeled and grated
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/4 c. granulated brown sugar replacement
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.
    Pour into well-greased baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set and top is lightly browned. Yields 10 servings.
    Exchange, serving equals 1 bread, 1/2 high-fat meat.
