Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. spareribs
1 Tbsp. fat
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. chili sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
salt
pepper
Preparation

Cut spareribs and place in baking dish.
Bake 30 minutes. Cook onion in fat until done.
Add lemon juice, brown sugar, chili sauce, water, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over ribs.
Bake one hour longer in moderate oven.
