Garlic Chicken With Pasta Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
4 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley
12 oz. pasta shells, cooked
parsley sprig (garnish)
Preparation

Warm oil in a large skillet.
Press garlic cloves through garlic press into warm oil.
Add chicken and stir over medium heat to coat with garlic and oil.
Stir in water, tomato paste, soy sauce and lemon juice. Simmer, covered, over low heat about 5 minutes.
Stir once or twice until chicken is cooked through.
Add parsley. Toss with hot shells. Serves 4.
