Bran Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Kellogg's All-Bran
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
2 cakes yeast
1/4 to 1/3 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. cold water
6 to 6 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients and let stand for a few minutes. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 or 1/3 cup warm water with 1 teaspoon sugar. Beat eggs and add to first mixture with cold water.
Add flour to make stiff bread dough.
Let rise.
Punch down.
Let rise again. Punch down and make into loaves.
Let rise until double.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Can turn back to 375\u00b0.
