Jerome Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham crackers
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Pet evaporated milk
    1 c. coconut
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Line 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers.
    Over low heat melt margarine.
    Add sugar.
    Beat egg into evaporated milk and add to margarine and sugar mixture.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add coconut, pecans and graham cracker crumbs.
    Stir and spread on crackers in pan.
    Add another layer of graham crackers and press lightly into filling.
