Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped raw apples
    1 1/3 c. Mazola oil
    1/8 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Peel apples and chop; set aside.
    Pour Mazola oil into large mixing bowl; add sugar.
    Mix.
    Add milk, eggs and vanilla; beat well.
    Sift flour with salt, soda and baking powder.
    Save back enough flour mixture to coat apples and pecans.
    Gradually add flour to creamed mixture.
    Gently fold in chopped apples and pecans.
