Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cake flour
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    5 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
    1 pkg. frozen coconut, thawed
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar well.
    Add eggs, beating well after each addition.
    Mix flour, salt and baking powder together.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with the milk.
    Add flavoring and fold in coconut.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured tube pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
