Green Chile Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oil
    2 lb. round steak, cubed
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 (7 oz.) can diced green chiles
    2 (1 lb.) cans kidney beans or pinto beans (undrained)
    1 (1 lb.) can yellow hominy
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. beef stock base
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add all ingredients to crock-pot.
    Simmer all day.
    Serve in soup bowls with flour tortillas.
