Easy Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 rounded c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Drop on cookie sheet 1 teaspoon at a time.
    Press with fingers real thin.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until golden brown around edge.
    Remove from oven and let cool about 2 minutes.
    Lift from cookie sheet.
