Baked Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless pork chops (trim fat)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 soup can milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Season chops with salt and pepper.
    Brown in skillet.
    Arrange in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with rice.
    Mix soup, milk and salt.
    Heat and pour over the chops and rice.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
